My BTA just split...
which is great, but now I would like to remove one of the 2. The problem is that they are both on one large piece of LR. Any good ideas on removing one of two or should I just let them and my somewhat confused clownfish be?
Thanks |

I've heard that if you want to get an anemone to release you can pick the rock up almost out of the water so that the anemone has to strain to hold on and that eventually it will let go. I don't think they should be removed from the water completely but I don't know for sure if that's something they can handle. In your case it might be difficult but if someone else chimes in and this method works maybe you could turn the rock so that the one you want to keep is still under water and the other one is sort of out of it. Maybe it'll let go that way.
