Free Frags!!!! (Tips) Northern IL, Local Pick up Only!
We just accidentally broke off some small pieces of our purple tip acro. They are very small but "FREE". There are about six pieces. I currently have them in a zip lock bag in the sump. If anyone is interested please let me know ASAP!!!! We live in Island Lake, IL just off of 176. I will post a couple of pics in just a sec....

I have the same colony as you do I think, and may frag it into smaller frags.
I think they grow rather fast.

yeah, we do have another one that we fragged about a half inch, its at least tripled in size since. (2 months)

Yeah, unfortunatly the last 2 bleached on us.

So you have none left....... Everytime someone is giving away frags there always somewhere else... never in Illinois............. Well if you want to give anything else a way for free just let me know... and if you ever come to the Shedd Aquarium let me know also......

yeah, there arent any left. but sounds like the 2 we were able to give away survived. we dont have much else to frag at the moment but they're all growing and we hope to be fragging about 10 pieces or so in the next 2 months.
As for rockford, we probably live about 45 minutes-1hour from there almost straight east.Give a man a fish, he'll eat for a day.
