Guys i am wondering does anyone else do this. My clowns have been going absolutely gonzo over it.. They looks like they wanna jump out of the tank and eat the whole bar our of my hands..... Is this suggestable. I will suppliment with live brine.... Can anyone suggest a way of getting them to eat some greene stuff?

I don't know that I would rely on cyclopeeze as a primary food for clowns. You would probably have to feed them many times a day for them to get enough nutrition. My clowns will go after cyclopeeze when I first put it in the tank, but they quickly lose interest. Brine shrimp are not very nutritious unless gutloaded. They are the cheese puffs of the fishy world.

Most planktivores in the wild feed continuously, which is difficult to duplicate in a tank. I would love to see someone figure out how to continuously feed small quantities of something like cyclopeeze. Unfortunately, our filter systems would end up with most of the food, creating a pollution problem.

Cyclop-Eeze is highly nutritious and an excellent food for clownfish. It will also enhance their natural coloration.

Their natural diet consists of a variety of zooplankton plus some micro algae and any nearby macroalgae. As with any fish, feeding a varied diet is always a good idea. However, I can't think of anything better for clownfish than Cyclop-Eeze. You may need to limit it to just two or three times a week if you want them to eat the other foods you offer.

Or you could consider feeding just a small amount of Cyclop-Eeze late in the afternoon after the main lights go off but before your supplemental lights go off. It's an excellent food for most corals, too.

It is a bad idea to just feed CyclopEeze for clowns. Yes, they are a great food. However, their fat content and protein content are rather very high. Too high. I've talked to clownfish breeders and a feeding of cyclopEeze 2-3 times a week is sufficient. More and your clowns health may be jeopardized.

Definitely great food if you're looking to bulk up on a weak clown.
