Tank Update, Comments Please
Hello Everyone,
Not posted in a while so thought I would post a couple of photos of my tank. Everything is going great and I haven't had any losses yet! (Which is a suprise as my other tank had no end of problems in the beginning) All of the fish are very happy & the maroon clown has got a lot bigger and more bolder since he got the anemone to hide in. I would say he was probably the boss of the tank. Bicolor Angel is doing great and loves his food now. It gets around a lot and is constantly eating alage of the rocks, pumps, glass and well anything The stary draganet is also doing great, I think it prefers the sand bed that I have now put down and is constantly go around the tank and eating little bits. It's amazing how quick it can move when it wants to! My purple tang has made its self at home however it is the most nervous one in the tank. (but not at dinner time!!!) If you approach the tank to quickly he will dart behind the rocks and in the cave he shares with my bicolor. The anemone has been very funny. It has found its self a home... at the back of the tank behind all of the rocks with no light!!! Occasionaly it moves into a crevis between the rocks (as shown in photo) to get light I imagine. I asked the shop keeper and he said some just tend to hide from the light! This really confused me.. It seems healthy enought though and I have had it a month now. Corals are good as well, the devils finger has shed its skin at least 4 times now and is massive. I think it might be a little to big lol. The others are mostly frags from my dads tank downstairs. The tank must be coming up to 4 months young so take a look at the photos and let me know what you think. In the coming months I will be stocking up on corals. Look forward to hearing your thoughts! ![]()
