my leather wont open!!

A few days ago I had to turn off the skimmer to medicate a sick fish. When I turned the damn skimmer back on I got a million micro bubbles that I can not seem to get rid of. Its a red sea delux prizm and had been working perfectly until that point. It's still skimming fine but my spagetti leather has stayed closed for days. The rest of the tank is doing fine, xenia and all. Are the bubbles pissing the leather off?? If so how can I stop them and for that matter what caused them in the first place?? Give me some advice please!!

What did you medicate with. Could have been harmful to Inverts.

It was E.M. tabs for cotton mouth and such but no other corals in the tank seem to be affected. Usually the laether is the most resiliant to different params. I'll give him a look tonight and report
