Boy that sure is a unique name. Throw a little Tabasco sauce in there and we might have something!

I have never heard of this product before and therefore would be a bit sceptical. I think purchasing 1 of the 3 ingredients mentioned would be a better bet.

According to his website there are three ingredients:
  • Cyclop-Eeze
  • Golden Pearls
  • Three varieties of freeze-dried phytoplankton
Nothing wrong there except that, as he admits, live phytoplankton would be better.

I use freeze-dried Cyclop-Eeze because I don't want to pay the shipping costs to get frozen Cyclop-Eeze. I believe frozen would be better. They also make a wafer Cyclop-Eeze now.

I haven't tried Golden Pearls yet but wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Good stuff.

I have used DT's live phyto in the past but again, the cost of shipping is outrageous and none of the local vendors carry it so I switched to a frozen cryopaste blend of phyto. I will probably go back to DT's if at all possible.

It seems that this guy is simply purchasing his ingredients in volume and then mixing and repackaging them for sale on eBay. I guess that's legal??? If you check the Cyclop-Eeze website you will see that you can buy large quantities MUCH cheaper direct from the manufacturer than what you would have to pay from your LFS; but who needs a case of Cyclop-Eeze unless they are sharing it with a local reef club.

There's really nothing to be concerned about. Just go slow because both Golden Pearls and Cyclop-Eeze are VERY rich foods.
