The coral seems to start to die almost as soon as I place it in the water. I use water from the ocean in my 120 gallon tank, and I have very happy fish. I have metal halide light bulbs, top of the line, and very good water tests. No ammonia. I have NO success with corals.
I have washed the filters in my family washing machine. I use very hot water and add no detergent, but now I'm wondering if traces of detergent might still be in the filters after the filters have gone through all the machine's cycles in the hot water. This residue of detergent would result from the machine's being used at other times with detergent. I surely would appreciate any ideas that might come up with. Woodman What's wrong. Can anyone tell me? [ |
