Rayovac, the company that recently became Marineland's third owner in less than a year, has just purchased Tetra: http://news.moneycentral.msn.com/tic...&Symbol=US:ROV
All of you Instant Ocean guys should check to see what freebies you're getting in your salt buckets now. It used to be a nifty little plastic plant but I figured they might start including freebie batteries now that they're owned by Rayovac. And now that Rayovac owns Tetra, you might get a complimentary tape of the Tetra rep's T.V. appearance: Movie file of Tetra's CBS appearance!

As if Ich wasn't enough to worry about. Judging by the actions of the rep's TV appearance they'll probably put the free batteries in the salt without a baggy! ![]()

Are they still putting freebies in IO? I just bought a couple buckets but they don't have any freebies, at least not any that are mentioned on the outside of the bucket. The bucket I had before that (the 200g mix; before they switched to the 160g size) had a nifty IO t-shirt.

Maybe it depends on what's laying around that they need to unload? ![]()
