What you have there is a chiton. They have those armored plates on its back and tissue along the sides. They're grazers and will do no harm.

Thanks for the info Elmo. Didnt know what the heck it was but it was definitely cool looking! This shot was taken from the front glass using my zoom and "close up" lens. Thanks Kevin although I look at your gallery all the time. You've got some great shots! I think my favorite is the Hippo Tang signaling for a left turn..lol.
