please help, very sick dwarf moray

I posted before about receiving an unhealthy dwarf moray eel from an unscrupulous dealer, and his condition has worsened. He is laying on his side out on the open with this blister thing on the side of his head. Does anybody know how I should treat him or what I should do? He won't eat either. Everything else in the tank is fine, I'm pretty positive it has nothing to do with my tank. Thanks.

Sorry for your loss,Rig.

That doesn't look like a blister to me either, looks like a trauma and ensuing hammorage(internal bleeding) around his head area. Did you recieve it in this condition? If yes, I would ask for my money back becouse it looks like the fish sustain some damage during either capture or shipping.
Either way, it is dead...

I'm sorry about that Rig

It does look like internal bleeding. I am very unfamiliar with keeping eels, but again, I am sorry about the eel. What type of live guarantee does the store/online retailer have?

From their website:

Why Don’t You Offer a 7 or 14 Day Guaranty?
  • We believe our fish are of the highest quality and disease free as can be found anywhere! We will NEVER knowingly ship a sick or diseased fish and risk our reputation just to “Sell” a fish. But we cannot guaranty the condition of the tanks that our fish go into once they are shipped.
Yeah the injury was there when i first got it, and there were two more on his body. The other 2 went away more or less, while this one got progressively worse.

Have you contacted the place? I remember reading the bad experience you had with then at time of purchase, maybe you can get the help of your credit card company?
