red graciaria vs chaetomorpha as export

hi everone.

i started growing red graciaria recently. i know how good it is for hard to keep angels and tangs. what i was wondering is how does red graciaria compare to caulerpa or chaetomorpha when use as an export for nutrients.

I have had much better luck personally with the chaeto than the gracilaria

better luck growing it or keeping the nitrates and phosphates down with it.
