My wife and myself have decided to accept the fact that we both want a large (for us) tank. Here is the starting pics. We are going to put about 3 inches of Fuji Pink Aragorite as the base with about 3 twenty lbs bags live sand. The sump is a 300 gallon capable wet dry (I know, don't have a stroke, I plan on taking out the bio balls and put live rock in it soon enough). The refugium is going to be a 20 gallon extra tank that I have. Haven't purchased it yet but the skimmer is going to be a Kent Nautilus TE unless I get a bunch of warnings about it. Got about 40 lbs of show rock to put in there and about 40 eventual transfer from my current 72 bow front. As of right now, I will transfer the two false percula clown fish, one blue tang, two cleaner shrimp, and all snails and crabs to the big tank when it was ready. Probably going to give the three dansels back to the local aquarium when I close out the new tank. Wish me luck.

But it is a 210 gallon. Good guess at 215 though. The only problem with the skimmer is that I only have about 26 inches vertical clearance for the skimmer. I had planned on putting the skimmer in the open end of the wet/dry. I don't mind spending a little money to get the best skimmer but I really want it in the cabinet that I have and not have anything outside of it. Already have a UV sterilizer (Turbo-Twist 3X UV Sterilizers) for up to a 500 gallon tank.
