Super Anemone
My anemone has been missing for a couple of days, I assumed it was hiding in the back of the rocks. However...
Today I came to clean out my internal filter (comes on the juwel systems) and, what do I find? The anemone, alive and well attached!! (It was a nightmare getting out) After getting my anemone out (breaking the internal filter in the process), we then had to move all the rocks and remove the internal filter. It looks a lot better now, a lot more room. Will post n o pics of my make-do aquascaping soon.

Pic's as promised, my anemone isn't looking too brilliant at the moment, I don't know whether it will survive. I tried feeding it but it wasn't interested and has been like that all day...
![]() Also the suction caps on the right maxi-jet keep losing suction and disturbing the corals and sand (also turning over a few snails & hermits). How do you get those things to stay put. I have re-attached it about 10 times today. ![]()

I actually used a underwater marine epoxy that I bought at Lowe's. It come in a stick that you can cut and use.
It has worked for me to stick powerheads to the side of the tank glass. Make sure you clean the glass really well and the filter before sticking the epoxy to it. the epoxy can be used under water. Note: I have used it from the advise of others in the hobby and have not had a problem with the tank. I say this because I do not know if the epoxy will bleed toxic chemicals into the tank and effect corals.

Had the same problem recently with a small powerhead, ended up taking a magnetic glass cleaner and siliconing the back of the powerhead to the in-tank part of the glass cleaner, keeps it in place and if ya want to move it a little, ya dont even have to get your hand wet.
