3 months in!

Hello Reefland! This is where I started out, until I found ReefCentral, and there's way more people over there. Anyways, I'd like to thank you guys for starting me off on the right foot. I came into some ca$h after I learned a bit, and now have a 135g reef, with 2x 250w halides, 2x 160w VHO, Euroreef CS6-2+ skimmer, Mag18 return, 180lbs LR, etc.etc. Soon I'll be purchasing a Tunze 6100. Anyways, here is my tank:

Click on the picture to go to my thread on ReefCentral. Updated pics in about a week, when I come home from vacation. Pretty good for a 15 year old, huh

Looks very nice, thanks for sharing with us. A couple of questions.

1. Why is there are heater in the display when you have a sump?
2. What kind of fish do you have in the tank?
3. Just because RC has more people does that mean you can visit us?

The heater was there because I accidentally siphoned a few days before, and had no makeup water, so the sump was pretty much nonfunctioning for a day. I moved the heater and probe into the tank, to keep the temperature nice, and just forgot to take the heater out. It is in it's place in the sump where it belongs now

Right now I just have a Foxface. Next week, I'm planning on getting 2 Pink Skunk Clowns.

I still visit! See, I came today! It's pretty funny to see how much I've learned since I first posted here.

I am putting black posterboard on the back of the tank, and want to finish painting the inside of the overflow with black silicone. I'm pretty lazy though, and the coralline is starting to take over, so I'm not very motivated to finish painting.
