OPINION / INFO required

I recently bought sun polyps (Sun Coral) from my LFS, however i got them for a mere 10 cdn dollars. They had been struggling in their tanks because they are very hard to care for, they require constant feeding and good current and water parameters. My question is, when i bought it they had just found it under some of the LR, so it had been struggling to survive and many of then polyps have vanished. Its been almost a ful week since i've had them, and i notice they seem to be coming back. I feed them frozen cyclop-Eez with a syringe 3 times a week. Does anyone else house sun polyps in their reef tanks, and how do you go about caring for them? I am confident i can revive these polyps into a beautiful sun polyp covered skeleton. What do you guys think? or know for that matter...

CHeers....

I have 2 acually and they dont seem to be very hard to take care of at all. i bought 1 but a little piece was falling off so i broke it in half and the small little frag had about 3 polyps. now it has about 7 or 8. i never even feed them with a syringe because when i feed the cyclop eez they get it anyway. theyre pretty neat corals. im trying to get a black or green 1. if you give them a little time they will probly make a good comeback.

i have one that i feed every other day with cyclop-eeze & mysis. it's in a coral only tank so no fish there to steal the food from it. it is thriving! i don't see it as hard to take care of at all.
