I dont know for sure what your supposed to feed them but mine eats diced clams and I mix in some brine shrimp. I use a turkey baster to keep the fish from eating the food. HTH

clown-t,

As with other brain corals, the welsophyllia will eat meaty foods. Just place a pc of it on the coral and the coral will extend its feeding tentacles.

Reefhead,

Sorry, I didn’t get you e-mail, but here goes.

Wellsophyllia radiata does require meaty foods.

I feed this bruiser the equivalent of a medium tiger shrimp or half of a silverside a week.

Regards,

Scott Passe

Usually in the am mine swells up and his feeders come out . I place the food in the feeders and he takes it in. For me this is the only time I have been able to get it to eat.
