What are you asking about? Are you talking about the Neomeris algae? That's what those bright green finger-shaped thingys are.
Hi,
I have a LR with fish tank and have many of these growing on my LR and was wondering if any of you might know what it is? I have checked sea quirt and tunicate pics and have not found a match.
Thanks!
Nikki

I was asking about the bright green finger-shaped things :-) Surprised it is a form of algae though! Is it good or bad?
Thanks,
Nikki
Nothing bad so you can consider it good.![]()
It's harmless if that's what you mean. It's an alga that has a whitish calcareous base. Notice that the lower part will gradually turn white. I had some in my tank a few weeks after setting it up but as soon as I purchased Primus, my Foxface Rabbitfish, he ate them.Originally Posted by Nikki
