how do u get rid of brown algea? help!!
can anyone help me get rid of this brown algea in my tank.

If your tank is new, don't worry about it. They are probably brown diatoms and will go away eventually on thier own. I went through the same thing a couple weeks ago, asked the same question and was told the same thing. It was true. Apparently its all part of cycling a new tank.

Gary hit the nail on the head. You can try to siphon it out when doing water changes but it will quickly reappear. Once the tank matures it will run it's course.
