Premium Aquatics
Just wanted you all to know about my recent online ordering experience. Last week, on Mon. I believe, and had the 3 day delivery option. I understood it to be 3 three days from date of shipping. Well, folks, I had my order sitting on my front porch by early Wed. afternoon and it had sitting on my front porch. I was not scheduled to get it until the third-well folks, kudos to PA. Everything was there. Mind you it was only dry goods that I had ordered, but am very hesitant to order livestock from online. For that I would rather trust my LFS for the most part.
Thank you Premium Aquatics. Anne |

I have only bought dry goods from them. I do agree that they are very quick and friendly

I ordered all my live rock through them. Best deal ever. 130lb Live rock, $50.00 shipping. When you live (1) day ground away in STL it made perfect sense. Also all the live rock was exactly what I had requested.

Yup they ROCK! Helped me out greatly this summer when I ordered a Chiller, I ordered one that was too small, they took it back no problems and sent me the BIGGER one I should have ordered the first time!

I was going to order from Premium Aquatics when I noticed the local address. I called and they said they don't have an actual store front, just a warehouse but they let folks walk in on Saturdays. I just had to look, couldn't wait til Saturday. Drove up and followed some guy in the side door, they laughed at me, said people come in all the time. They showed me the pools of rock and explained everthing to me. That place is great! They even told me where to go locally to get stuff they didn't have in stock.

Without a doubt they are one of the best dry goods store out there. I also bought my live rock and all sorts of misc stuff when I initially setup my tank. Awesome service at a good price! I only live 2 hours from the store and make the trip every now and again when I need something that is heavy and costs alot to ship.

Both Jason and Jeremy are great people to deal with. I spent few days in the next booth to PA's booth at Boston's MACNA and we had some great time with those folks.
I don't order drygoods from anyone else, FWIW.

I vaguely remember that board. I had assumed it was still there, guess not? |

I've always enjoyed going there. They also have a garage sale each fall. If you live close like I do, it's worth going to. I had to miss their latest garage sale because I was out of town but I'm looking forward to next year.
They are a class act IMO.

PA still runs a forum, the old BB they had back in the late 90's went without a moderator, that place was a zoo. Either you were given all kinds fo bad info or call every name in the book for asking. |
