zoanthids
This is the first post I have tried to make using the post
picture feature so I will see if it works. I would like to know what this meaty looking material is on my Zoanthids. Sometimes it sticks out and is larger than other times. I guess it is just part of the animal but is it normal for it to be large like it is |

looks like a sponge to me if you are refering to the thing sticking up and to the left of the center of your picture.

Is it sort of translucent? If so, it looks to be the same stuff that is growing in between several of my trumpet coral heads. I was wondering what it was!

Here is another picture. It looks kind of like the color of
My skin. The ends of some is kind of translucent or white And fuzzy. Icemark, bet you are right about it being a Sponge. I don’t care much for it and would like to get It out of my colony, but I guess that would be hard to do. Any suggestions on what I should do about it? |
