ecosystem questions
I will be upgrading my 55 softy, berlin style with hob refugium & cpr bak pak soon and am considering using the ecosystem method. Would it be ok to put a 20 gallon ecosystem style refugium above the tank and have it gravity feed back to main, & how much mud would I need? The 125 isnt reef ready and drilling or overflows are not an option. also how many gph sould run through the refugium?

Twenty gallons would be closest to the EcoSystem 2410 in size, which calls for 600 to 800 GPH of flow and 10 lbs. of mud.
