Carbon Dust
Does carbon dust cause damage. I just threw some carbon in a filter sock. Even though I rinsed it off, I noticed quite a bit of dust escaping into my fuge and towards my pumps.

I am not sure what kind of damage it can cause but it is recommended to rinse GAC thoroughly before using it.
