new reef

200 gal with 300lbs of tonga/figi.just over 2 weeks old. all readings are perfect except it seems i overdosed clacium. my reading is over 600 and the rock on the top of the tank is white. i am getting coraline growth on the middle and bottom.of course i have stopped adding calcium. do i do a water change or just wait for the calcium to get to a normal reading

thanks

Hi raycopp,

You can wait for calcium to stabalize on its own but you can also do a water change for a quick fix, especially if you don't have any livestock in there.
