Help with id, please

I need to try and see if any one can id something in this tank just by description:
smaller than a flea
two long tenticles in front
clear/ white translucent color
10 or 12 leggs
real thin looking
does anyone know what it might be.... copapods or whatever they are???? are they a pest or good?

I would guess some kind of pod which are always a good thing. Look at 18B on this page:
