    hitchhiker snail ID

    I have no photo but it loves my zoos. It was a zoo hitchhiker. It is small and black and white checkered like a chess board.

    i have some verry similar to that they have some ( just a little) red in them too?

    Ninong, these are different than the predatory snails that attack clams right?

    Yes. You're thinking of Pyramidellids. They're the ones that prey on clams.

    I can't find him today. he'll be back on the zoox in a say or so I'm sure.
