Last night I saw my Algae Blenny wrapped in the tentacles of my Condylactus Anemone for a few seconds. He swam away but was then swimming erratically and falling on his side. I did not see him just before getting hit by the Anemone so I don’t know if something was already wrong with him. I had him for about a month or more and he has always looked very healthy. This morning he was dead. Is that the meaning of a Reef Safe invertebrate?

Yes, virtually ALL of the anemones are capable of killing fish, some are more capable than others. Condylactis gigantea is very capable of killing fish. The three large carpet anemones are also notorious for killing fish. It all depends on the size of the fish and the size of the anemone.
Did someone actually tell you a Condy was reef-aquarium safe? Anemones can kill corals, too. They are often kept in reef tanks but that's with the knowledge that they might kill fish, if they can capture them, and they might kill corals if they decide to start wandering around the tank.

From my readings, blennies and mandarins are notorious for wandering into the tentacles of anemones and getting eaten.

As for other anemones, my carpet has eaten more fishes than I can count and my rose bubble tip has done its best to kill my baby blue Acropora.
