30 gallon nudibrach or slug

are there any nudi or slugs that would be appropriate for a small reef?

Yeah I have noticed that in my search for info. But I do know some people with nuiscance sponge that grows everywhere in there tanks. I wonder if I could get lucky enough to get a species that would eat this. If I can't have a nudi, I wouldn't mind watching it in there tank. hahhahah

Nudibranchs are specialized feeders. You must have their exact prey in your tank for them to survive. I can't imagine finding a nudibranch that eats something undesirable except for the case of Berghia verrucicornis that feeds on Aiptasia.

Even if you were to find a nudibranch of some sort available for sale in an LFS, you would have no way of knowing its age. Most of them have a natural lifespan of around 12 - 18 months. Doesn't sound like a wise investment.

Another interesting point to consider is the fact that many nudibranchs emit a toxic slime.
