Like Mike had said, most of the bristle worms found in aquaria are highly beneficial members of the detritivore guild and people pay money to purchase them. Of course, there are some that are fully predatory as well but they are pretty rare to come by. First and foremost, you'd need to identify your worms before you go on safary and kill all of them.
However, to answer your question, there are some fish that will eat them,
Pseudochromis fridmani is one of them, for example, but there are many other fish and crabs that will eat them.

If you haven't read Dr.Shimek's series of articles about "bristlre" worms, I'll post links for you here. You'll be surprized at the variety of Polychaete worms that fit that description.

I have seen my Fridmani psuedochromis eat bristle worms in my tank. I actually think that the fish will hunt them and play with them before it eats it. Its pretty cool to watch, i see it at night with luners on. it definetly keeps the population in check.
