see the band closest to the eye on that one? well, right there, mine has an indent! it looks like his head is trying to pull away from his body! other than that he seams normal. He is my favorite out of the two, and i dont want him to die! i'll try to get a pic of mine, but he is really small, and really fast, you try taking a pic of that! :P also does marine ick look any different than freshwater ick? the reason for me asking, i noticed that one had bubbles on the side of his head, they appear to be air bubbles, from swimming by the skimmer outlet (skimmer still doesnt work right!) but i could be wrong, and i would hate my self if it was ick and there was something for me to do about it! mark |

no, i know what a gill is!
what it looks like, is if you were to put your index finger on the pic of the perc, right where the white bar is. If you look at the pic with your finger over that part, that is what mine looks like. Other than that, he eats healthily, is a little plump, nice coloration, and active. I was thinking that maybe it is just the way it was born, and since not ever fish looks the same, that is possible. ok, i know how to explain it now, it looks like a saddle back clown, with the coloration of a percula. mark |
