Red Xenias
would i able to keep Red Xenias under 150watts of lighting in a 38 gallon tank?

I'm not sure what a red xenia is but most types of xenia are failry hearty and should do ok in low-moderate lighting conditions. A big consideration is does your 150w of lighting consist of a bunch of flourescent tubes or a 150w halide?
