    Care for Sun polyps/Clam combo??

I picked up some sun polyps the other day at my LFS, his shipment had just come in and they were still in the bag. When I got them home I realized that the "rock" they were on is not a rock but a clam! Will the standard method of feeding Sun Polyps keep these guys happy?? How many times a week should I feed? I'm currently feeding - cyclopeze, mysis, brine, and prime reef or marine cusine in a mix with the turkey baster. Should I change anything? Maybe pop bottle method? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Clams are filter feeders that required very specific size food. They (not counting Tridacna reefer often means when talking about clams) almost certainly will not survide in our reeftank due to lack of food.
Watch him closely and tank him out when he die.

    Lea,
It is extreemly unusual to raise a non-photosynthetic molusks in tank. You must feed it something from your tank. It is likley that you have a sand bed in your tank also. Congrad
