best bait for mantis shrimp?

I just got a mantis trap to try and destroy my mantis shrimp. I was wondering what you all thought the best bait was? Silversides good?

Any small piece of seafood should work as bait for it.
If you trap it, offer to give it away. A closeby reefer might be more than happy to adopt it, believe it or not.

Seriously though, I caught two with cut squid.
