Starfish ???

Do i really have a starfish ??? today I found a tiny star shaped critter in my tank, is appoximately 5mm in diameter and star shaped as i say.

It can only have crept out of my LR or maybe from a recent mushroom aquisition, I am assuning this is a good thing but someone please shout if not.

It is a grey colour similar to my turbo snails.

It's extremely common to get small Asterina starfish on LR. Most are harmless, but some individuals have been seen preying on corals. Unless you see obvious coral damage with one of these guys in the vicinity it's pretty safe to assume they are fine. If you see one you will soon see many more since they reproduce by splitting.
