First off, WELCOME TO REEFLAND!
Your setup looks ok... A few suggestions/comments
-Your Prizm may not keep up with your bioload, especially as the tank ages...they aren't the best skimmers on tanks over about 20 gallons. I keep one on my ten, but that's all.
-Since this is a relatively new set-up with a lot of stuff in there, I would add NOTHING for at least three-four months. Some people would say longer. Let your tank calm down and mature. This may seem hard, but if you get the urge to buy, take whatever cash you would have spent and stick it in a jar. You will want this when you figure out that you need a better protein skimmer!
-Your lights might not keep up with the requirements of the hammer coral...LPS can grow under PC, but do better under MH. I have those exact same lights over my 10 gallon, but with different bulbs. SunPac makes a dual daylight (half 10,000K and half 6,500K) and a dual actinic which I find more pleasing, and would probably be better for your coral.
-Your chevron tang needs way more space than what you are giving it. Consider upgrading or donating...you wouldn't want to live in a studio apartment and never leave for the rest of your life.
-What are you feeding the tank?
-How often are your WC/ what salt mix?
How much turnover do you have?

For your water changes, consider using a good mix, like Instant Ocean or Reef Crystals. Most aquarists recommend a 10-20% water change one every week or two. "Turnover" means how often the total tank volume is circulated every hour. For example, if you had 290 gallons/hour for your total pumps, etc, you would have a turnover rate of 10x (29 gallons times 10 equals 290 gallons). Any plans for your tang?
