60 gallon tall Hexagon
i was wanting to switch over my fw tank to SW any info would help, overflow, sump, lighting, etc. i am asuming a Bare bottom tank would work best since it is so tall. i have pics if that would help thanks

It all depends on what you are wanting to keep. If you are just going to keep fish, the only thing you really need in addition to the FW setup is a skimmer. If you are going to go with corals, then you will need sufficient lighting along with great water quality. To me, saltwater is no more difficult than freshwater. There are just a few more things that need to be monitored like salt, calcium, and alkalinity. My SW consists of 1000 W lights, 55 gallon sump, powerheads, chiller, 170 lbs live rock, and skimmer. To really answer your question, we need to know what you plan on keeping in the tank.
