fish troubles

I have three fish in the tank and only one looks like he has sand stuck to him. not acting strange, but the white spots dont wash off when he swims through the current and I have a skunk cleaner in the tank also. any ideas. cant get him out for a dip

This might be the signs of ich. But need more info! What kind of fish is it? What are your water parameters? Can you post a pic of the fish?
