I bought a small foxface (roughly 2 inches long) about 5 weeks ago.
I was aware that he'd change colors while he was acclimating to the new environment, but after 5 weeks, he's still all brown and freaky looking. He's eating voraciously, and the only other fish that bother him are a small yellow tang, and a blue velvet damsel....And mostly only at feeding time. How long will he look like a brown sea cow? ![]() |

I have had mine for 3 months and it changes colors seamingly depending on its mood. When it is defending it self it is very yellow and when it is feeding time it is somewhat brown.
