You CANNOT use greenex in a reef tank. Your anthias are delicate. The BEST bet would be to get yourself a 10 to 15G quarantine tank an move the anthias into quarantine and treat VERY carefully with either copper or formalin (follow the directions exactly and use only enough to be theraputic..) I've never used kick-ich, so I can't comment on it, but I have used greenex. Even if you COULD use it in your main tank, it's not a product I would use with anthias.

Do your fish look like they are covered in salt sprinkles, or cotton fluff? If it's fluff, they may have velvet and you could use Fish Velvet Marine Equilibrium, although Ive never heard of the product. If they have ich (cryptocarium), that product won't help.

Your other option would be to raise your temp and lower your salinity gradually over a period of 2 or 3 days. Your best, best bet is quarantine.

    Good Luck!

Kick ich is reef safe, but I had to use 1.5 times the recommended dosage. It is messy and stinks to high heavens, but it worked for me. (Note: the ich may have gone away on its own... the only known cures for ich are copper and hyposalinity.. neither of which are reef safe.)

Hmmm... now that the tank is full, I could convert the pool to saltwater...
