30*C (86*F) is about the upper limit I would feel comfortable with and I would prefer to be in the 25-28*C range (78-82*F). I use a few fans venting the hot air from my lights and that keeps things cool, but the ambient air temperature in the room that houses my aquarium is very comfortable year round. What is the temperature in that room?

If your room temp is 32c, then you are going to have a hard time.

I need an edit button, Sorry. I would say that if this is all your case, you may need a chiller.

I also use a fan, but tend to direct it right at the water. Very effecient to lower tank temps. This will also help increase the amount of oxygen in the water as well.
