frogspawn health

my frogspawn has been doing great. It would extend very far and was growing new heads, but in the last two weeks its polyps have not been extended at all. It looks now all through the day like it usually only does at night. All of the color and everthing look normal but its just not extended. Is this bad, and if it is what should i do?
Thanks,
Kyle

Have the frogspawn fell or anything like that. I had a frogspawm and he fell, its head didn't open for a couple of days, its color looks normal but all of sudden one of its head started to have tissue recession. Anyways I ended up losing the frogspawn. Maybe it is a bad sign, do water change, manually feed him.

In most home aquariums LPS cannot survive long term without target feeding. They just cannot receive enough nutrition from lighting alone. If they are placed in an area where you feed your fish then target feeding may not be required. Feedings once or twice a week of meaty foods such as raw shrimp, clams, etc. works fine.

Regards,
Kevin
