power phos & purigen.
Is it ok to run Kents power phos with Sea chems purigen, and some floss in the same aquaclear hob filter, and does it matter which goes in first?

I don't see why not...
Most of these types of media will work most effectively in a low-flow environment so anything you can do do keep the flow down across the phos and purigen will benefit you greatly.. might consider wrapping the media with the floss???? |
