[SALT ONE]

ok, i am changing from puka shell to sand in my 75 gallon tank. this is the first time i have ever done this.
1. i am going to take 2 rubber made bins and put my water from my tank in them in one i am going to put my fish and the other put my live rock.
2. then clean the tank and all my supplies
3. then i am going to put my sand in the tank, should i was the sand first to get rid of silt?
then take my water with the live rock and put it back in the tank and start my pumps and filters
4.add the rest of the water and fish


i know i have left stuff out.. please help my fill in the blanks to make this go smoothly.
