MY TANK WENT FROM 82*F TO DANG (HOWS THAT SCOTT? ) NEAR 91*F, I ALMOST HAD PUPPIES, WHEN I CAME HOME AND LOOKED AT THE TEMPERATURE! FROM NOW ON, I LEAVE MY WINDOW FAN ON, AND THE TANK TEMP DOESN'T EXCEED 86*F (KNOCK ON WOOD!)

P.S. SORRY FOR CAPSLOCK, BUT I'D HATE TO TYPE IT ALL OVER AGAIN! (NOW WHOS A LAZY BUM?)

Coralman,

A 2 or 3 degree temperature rise should be no problem, in nature, depending on location, it can be much greater.

But, what temperature range are we talking about?

Also, you might find this article interesting.
