HitchHiker?
first i would like to say hello to all here at this forum.
ok..i have a new 75 gallon reeftank-to-be, and a 40 gallon tank for a home-made fuge. last night i bought a second bundle of macroalgae from a LFS, and chucked it in the fuge. about an hour later i noticed something that didn't look like it belonged. i think i have a Tube Anemone in my fuge. he's under an inch tall at this point, and has a soft tube-like base, and brownish tentacles. he has already eaten 2 helpings of formula B, which i hand fed to him. i have enclosed a picture, and my question is: is that what he is?..and does anyone know the EXACT species of tube anemone? |
