    Dermatobranchus / Armimid Sea Slugs

I apparently have an outbreak of slugs in our tank. They have managed to consume a rather sizable colony of clove coral and our star polyps are starting to look a little withered - is there something that will eat these things. Right now I am plucking them out as I see them. Still not exactly sure how I ended up with them in the first place - they hitch hiked on something. But the majority our our tank are soft corals and from all of the reading I have done on them, the tank is just a large buffet! Any clues on how to get rid of them????

It's unlikely that many of your corals are in any real danger. These are very specific predators, so they will stick to probably just the Clavularia. The withering of the GSP is most likely unrelated to these guys. Unfortunately, there aren't many predators of these things. Some wrasses might eat them, but that's a crap shoot. More than likely you're going to have to remove them by hand.
