Volcanic Rock

Hi all, can I put volcanic type rock in my tank along with the live rock as I have a heap left over from when I was running freshwater trops

It's not a good idea to use anything but Ca based LR. You never know what sort of heavy metals or minerals other rocks might contain unless you are a geologist of some sort. They could leech contaminants into your system causing any number of problems over time.
