OK good tip! Today my temp read 80 degrees. Dont have a chiller but have a small fan (can be seen in the video) that comes alive when the MH lamp lights up. bougt a dimmer for it and have set down its speed. Two days it took for the temp to go up to 80. I did not reset the heater.. hm That IŽll do as soon as I get home from work. Thanks Minh for taking the time to guide me!

dave. i don't have alot of experience with anemone, but i'll tell you what i saw:
i bought a purple LTA from LFS, which was quite beautiful. acclimated it..in they went(it had a maroon clown in it when i bought it). i fed it. it ate. i fed it the next day. it ate again....this went on for a week. i figured "if he's taking the food he must want it". all of the sudden it would show it's insides. then it would shrivel up to nothing. then spew out a brown slimy stringy thing(that was poop). then he wouldn't eat for a week. i freaked.
he shriveled a few times since that, i'm assuming it's some part of the digestion process maybe. whatever the reason is, my LTA seems very healthy, and as long as i feed him about 2 times a week, he's cool.
i have a 125 with twin 400watt 14k mh and he seems like he's loving life.
