Hi all currently setting up a very basic set up, it is a 55 gallon(3ft) tank and I wish to have in it ,live rock, clown fish, damsil, tang, with an anemone or 2 for the fish, ( no coral in this one maybe with the next)being my first time, I have had the tank cycling for 4 weeks with 7 kg live rock in it waiting on another 20 kg live rock to arrive, with this set up what lighting would I need, also do I need an Ozonizer and a RO/DI unit

You don't need an ozonizer. RO/DI is a good idea. Tap water has a lot of heavy metals and other "stuff" you don't want in your tank.

I consider an RO/DI unit a must. It just makes sense. As for lighting, if you want to keep an Anemone, you should look at the most intense lighting possible; metal halide prefferred.
