ID of strange red algie coral thing please!

this is about 2" in in diamiter, it started off tiny and has steadly grew over the past few months in to this.
when i just have the actanics on it glows.
It has no polyps of any kind but is very responsive to light, when i turned the rock around this quickly followed the light after about two days it was growing in the other direction.
Any ideas?

Also i have this thing, i think it might be the beginings of a torch coral?
what do you think this is?
its only about 1cm in diameter

Second pic looks like a pseudocorynactics or a cup coral.

i did a google image search on cup coral and i think thats what the second image is, thanks.
any ideas on the first one?

I have some of this in my tank. I have sceen pics of it on rfctrl as well. It is a macroalgae. Looks like kelp but it's not. Mine is bright red and I kinda like it but watch that it doesn't get too comfortable.
