starting cleaning crew 24g aquapod
Hi,this is my first post ,i have real good 24lbs lr in my new tank for the last 10 days my tests today ph-8.3 amm-0 nitri - 0 nitra- 6ppm . Do you think i can do partial water change , and go get a cleaning crew . p.s. live rock was very good cured well fiji when put in tank .looking foward to your advise Stuart

Thank's for posting so soon, i'm very excited. Do you think it would be foolish, or to soon to add 1 or 2 peppermint shrimp with my cleanup crew, Thank's again Stuart

No, I don't think it would be foolish or too soon to add a few shrimp either.
If your ammonia and nitrites are undetectable, your nitrates low, pH, temp and salinity steady, I say go for it. A few weeks after adding your cleanup crew, if all still looks well, go ahead and add your first fish/coral too. ![]() |
